CosHub Terms of Use

You must be at least 13. Keep registration details accurate and credentials secure. Impersonation is prohibited.

You retain ownership of posts, photos, and files. You grant us a non-exclusive license to store, display, share, and transmit them only as needed to operate CosHub, and confirm that you have the necessary rights and consents.

Do not submit illegal, discriminatory, threatening, harassing, sexually explicit, child-exploitative, self-harm-promoting, fraudulent, spam, malware, doxxing, copyright-infringing, or image-rights-infringing content. We use filtering, reporting, blocking, and review, aim to review serious reports within 24 hours, and may remove content or suspend accounts.

Web paid plans renew monthly until canceled. The current plans are CosHub Plus at a base price of JPY 290 per month, CosHub Pro at JPY 980 per month, and Delivery Pack at JPY 2,000 per month; all use Managed Payments. The final billing currency, tax, and total shown in Checkout before confirmation control the purchase. Different prices may apply to legacy Stripe web subscriptions.

A Managed Payments purchase is marked Sold through Link. Sold through Link, LLC (Link) acts as merchant of record and handles payment processing, indirect tax within its scope, fraud and dispute handling, order management, and transaction support. We provide the service and product-specific support. We may remain responsible for tax in transactions or jurisdictions outside Stripe's scope, including applicable domestic Japanese transactions.

Manage or cancel a Managed Payments subscription and update its payment method through Link order management. Transaction and refund requests follow Link Support and the Link refund policy. Manage a legacy Stripe web subscription from CosHub Billing through the Stripe Customer Portal; its cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. App Store prices use the applicable region and currency, and Apple manages App Store subscriptions. Cancel them in Apple subscription settings. Deleting a CosHub account alone does not cancel any subscription. Refund eligibility and procedures follow the terms of the purchase channel and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits any user right that cannot be waived under applicable law.

You may initiate account deletion in Settings at any time. We may remove content or suspend access for violations or safety needs. Features may change or stop for maintenance, legal, or technical reasons.

To the extent permitted by law, CosHub is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect damages except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. Japanese law governs these terms. Contact: kimuhi1224@gmail.com.
